1. General Information Digitalsactive sells digital activation keys and software licenses. No physical products will be shipped. All products are delivered electronically via email.
2. Delivery Method
- Method: Electronic Delivery (Email).
- Cost: Free (No shipping charges apply).
- Where: The product key and download instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Most orders are automated and delivered instantly or within 10–30 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Maximum Delivery Time: In rare cases (such as manual fraud verification or high server load), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. Order Confirmation Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate email containing your License Key and Invoice will follow shortly after payment is verified.
5. What if I don’t receive my key? If you have not received your email within 30 minutes:

- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

6. Verification Process To protect our customers from fraud, some orders may require manual verification. If your order is flagged for review, we may contact you to confirm details before releasing the key. This process is typically completed within 1–4 hours.
