At Digitalsactive, we strive to provide immediate, functional, and authentic software licenses. Because our products are digital goods delivered via email, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, complying with UK and EU consumer protection laws for digital content.

1. Refund Eligibility (30-Day Guarantee) We offer a full refund or replacement under the following specific conditions within 30 days of your purchase:

  • Defective or Invalid Key: If the license key provided is invalid, does not work, or fails to activate the software (and our support team cannot resolve the issue), you are entitled to a full refund or an immediate replacement.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order immediately.
  • Product Not Received: If you have not received your email delivery within 24 hours and do not wish to wait for manual verification, you may request a full cancellation and refund.

2. “Change of Mind” & Cancellations Due to the nature of digital licensing, we can only offer a refund for “unwanted” items if the following condition is met:

  • The License Key has NOT been redeemed or activated.
  • Once a key has been activated or bound to a Microsoft account, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Please include your Order Number and a screenshot of the error message (if applicable).
  3. Resolution: Our team will review your request. For technical issues, we will first attempt to assist you with activation. If we cannot fix the issue within 12 hours, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approval: Once a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
  • Timeline: The funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • License keys that have already been successfully activated.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless a lifetime warranty issue applies).
